The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT) is the founder and owner (i.e. Settler) of SLF that appoints members of the Board of Trustees to manage the property, business and affairs of the Trust. SLF Board of Trustees (SLF-BT) is the chief decision making organ of SLF.
The SLF Executive Director (ED) is the Secretary to the Board responsible for administration and management of SLF affairs on all matters. KSP Principal is the head of the school and the chief accounting officer responsible to all matters of the school related to quality and delivery of training programmes.
